- Employees need to email their referrals to careers@onebcg.com cc hrm@onebcg.com with detailed resume
- Email subject line should be: Refer a friend - Name of the position
- The referral must share the candidate’s contact details along with email ID & phone no
- If a candidate has previously applied online via any other channel, no referral award will be paid
- Candidates hired on contract or intern positions are not eligible for referral bonus
- Only one referral award can be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the first referral received will be the one awarded if the candidate is hired, unless otherwise noted, which will be handled on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances at the discretion of HR involved in hiring the referral
- Both the employees, the one who made the referral and the employee who was hired, must be employed at ONE BCG at the time bonus payment is made. If either employee is not with ONE BCG then the referral bonus is no longer applicable and will not be paid
- Employees must not make commitments or verbal promises of employment to the person whom they refer
- Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through ONE BCG HR Team
- All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential
- Bonus amounts and eligibility factors are subject to change, based on the business needs of ONE BCG
- Any abuse/non fair play of this referral program will avoid participation in the program and company may take additional action

- Referral bonus payout is made in two instalments:
- First payout : 50% after completion of 2 months from candidate's start date
- Second payout :6 months after first payout
- Referral bonus is taxable as per the standard taxation laws
